Q: How come you don't muddle up my clothes with anyone
else's
A: When your
clothes are bagged up at home they are collected by our driver who then drops
this off at our unit, one of our supervisors counts the items and writes this
on a slip, this is then handed to one of our ironers at their own ironing
station. Each ironer has their own ironing station which is clear before starting a
new ironing job. Then every item is ironed and either hung or folded at the
ironers station. When the job is completed
the ironer bags and labels your garments with number of items, how many items
are hung, how many items are folded, your name and address and price of job.
This makes us 100% sure your clothes remain together.
We now have on our website www.theironingcompany.com a sheet
which you can
print out and list what you have sent to us which will be check by our
supervisor when the job is booked in.
